Guided Meditation - Hilton Hotel, Sydney

Guided Meditation by Shri Mata ji Shri Nirmala Devi ji
Kundalini Awakening.
Hilton Hotel, Sydney an amazing self awareness and awakening talk.
This short mediation video will raise your dormant energy coiled in your sacrum bone.
The kundalini realization is connection with your true self.
This will take you to your own innate self,
which you never thought you could ever achieve.
It is that TAO, it is that Guru-tattwa.
It is an amazing zone of peace and calm.
Once your kundalini rises you will realize that inner power.

Experience Sahaja Yoga Meditation

"The time has come for all of you to get your self-realisation, by which your attention becomes enlightened, your health gets completely all right, your mental processes are sensible, but above all you stand in your present."

- H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, 29.09.1994, Los Angeles, USA

You Can Not Pay For Your Self-Realisation

"So one should understand that you are not to pay for this. You are not to pay for what I say to you, or for my lectures, or anything, or for your Realisation, not at all, not a single pie for that. You cannot pay for it. It is so invaluable. ... It is absolutely overflowing. It's absolutely freely coming to you. So you cannot pay for your Self-Realisation. It's Love, and Love, you cannot purchase."

- H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, London, 1982

THE SUBTLE BODY OF HUMAN

ACCORDING TO ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE

Within us resides a subtle system of channels (nadis) and centers of energy (chakras) which look after our physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual being. Each of the seven chakras has several spiritual qualities. These qualities are intact within us, and even though they might not always be manifest, they can never be destroyed. When the Kundalini is awakened, these qualities start manifesting spontaneously and express themselves in our life. Thus, through regular meditation, we become automatically very dynamic, creative, confident and at the same time very humble, loving and compassionate. It is a process which starts to develop by itself when the Kundalini rises and starts to nourish our chakras.

Kabir Das Ji

Where there is neither sea nor rains,

Nor sun nor shade;

Where there is neither creation

Nor dissolution;

Where prevails neither life nor death,

Nor pain nor pleasure;

Beyond the states of Sunn and trance;

Beyond words, O friend,

Is that unique state of Sahaja.

It can be neither weighed

Nor exhausted,

Is neither heavy nor light;

It has no upper regions

Nor lower ones;

It knows not the dawn of day

Nor the gloom of night;

Where there is neither wind

Nor water nor fire,

There abides the perfect Master.

It is inaccessible,

It is, and it will ever be;

Attain it through the Master’s grace.

Sayeth Kabir: I surrender myself

At the feet of my Master,

I remain absorbed

In his true company.

-Saint Kabir Das
